Notice About Application Affairs of International Students’ Graduation and Degree in June，2022
各二级培养单位、导师、国际研究生毕业生：
To colleges, tutors and international students,
2022年上半年国际研究生毕业及学位申请工作已全面启动，请师生对照《南京医科大学国际研究生毕业及学位授予条例》要求，进行准备。
The application of international students’ graduation defense and degree has been fully launched in June, 2022. The relevant tutors and students are required to prepare it according to document Graduation and Degree Conferment Requirements for International Graduate Students of Nanjing Medical University(Revised in July 2019).
在注重疫情防控的同时，严把学位论文关，确保学位授予质量。导师要加强与国际研究生的日常沟通，主动为国际研究生学习和撰写学位论文提供支持和指导。
During the NCP Outbreak, the requirements of degree thesis and degree conferment are the same as usual. The tutors should communicate with international students more frequently and closely and guide them to complete degree thesis on time.

| 论文送审或盲审时间 Time for papers’ submission or blind review 注意：学术学位博士留学生须参加学校统一组织的论文盲审，盲审通过方允许答辩。4.10前须将盲审格式的学位论文（PDF格式）、论文摘要（txt格式）、送审信息表发给二级学院。
Note: International students applying for Ph.D. degree are required to attend the illiteracy review organized by the university, and the defense is allowed only after passing the blind review. The dissertation (PDF format), the abstract of the dissertation (TXT format) and the submission information form must be sent to the college before April 10th. | 学位论文评阅要求3位专家，导师不能作为论文评阅人。评阅意见中有一位专家不同意答辩，本次即不能进行答辩。需对学位论文进行修改，半年后重新申请论文评阅。
The dissertation evaluation requires 3 experts, and the tutor cannot be the reviewer of the dissertation.If one of three experts disagrees with the defense, the defense cannot be made this time.The student should revise the failed dissertation and apply for graduation defense half a year later. |

| 各分委会对毕业以及学位申请材料审核 Each sub committee reviews the graduation and degree application materials
| 纸质材料审核，具体时间地点须关注各学院通知；研究生须在研究生管理信息系统中录入答辩结果及学位申请，分委会须完成审核。 For the review of paper materials, the specific time and place will be notified by each college；postgraduates should input the defense results and degree application in the graduate management information system, and the sub committee should complete the audit. |
